Manifesto

• We believe that cheerleading is the greatest sport ever invented.  
• We believe that our sport produces young individuals that exude self-confidence, determination and responsibility.
• We believe colors definitely can clash on a uniform, but we love them anyway.
• We believe that in today’s modern world, we should embrace the power of technology and provide a safe place for athletes to communicate.
• We believe that it’s not the name embroidered on the uniform; the spirit is in the heart and soul.
• We believe that pom pons are the greatest accessory known to man.
• We believe that our coaches and directors in our sport have the heart of angels and put up with more than any other sport out there.
• We believe that “one more time” is code for “three more times.”    
• We believe that watching videos of cheerleading (past and present) can never get old.
• We believe that body glitter is just as important as deodorant.    
• We believe that mini cheerleaders should not go out there and shake their booty…but focus on the fundamentals and simply have fun.  
• We believe acknowledging cheerleading’s past can only help us in the future.
• We believe that 2 minutes and 30 seconds truly seems like an eternity.
